Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues
At Lillie Labels, every item is custom-made just for you thoughtfully designed and personalised based on the details you provide at checkout. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please double-check spellings, colours, and design choices before placing your order, as we create exactly what you submit.
However if there’s an issue with your order such as a mistake in personalisation or if the wrong item was sent please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to help make it right.

​Shipping, Damages & Lost Parcels
​Once your parcel leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. While we package all orders securely, Lillie Labels is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a damage claim.

Be sure to keep all packaging and the damaged item, as the carrier may require these for the claims process.

Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging as soon as possible.

Let us know, while we can’t file the claim on your behalf, we’re happy to assist where we can.
